Pickleball Palooza is back for 2026, bringing people of all abilities together for an afternoon centered around movement, connection, and fun. This inclusive community event has grown from an event focused on individuals living with diabetes into an experience welcoming individuals with disabilities, individuals with diabetes, youth and adults of all ability levels, and their families, caregivers, and friends. In 2025, more than 150 participants and 30 volunteers took part, and the event continues to grow each year.

This year’s Pickleball Palooza will be held Sunday, October 4, 2026, from noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Edwardsville Plummer Family Park Pickleball Courts. Participants can enjoy open-play pickleball, instruction and coaching, adaptive and beginner-friendly play, family entertainment, free lunch, and opportunities to connect with community resources. Best of all, the event is free for participants, helping ensure cost is never a barrier to joining in. More than a sporting event, Pickleball Palooza is an opportunity to build confidence, create connections, and foster a community where everyone belongs.

Participants may register individually or register multiple family members, friends, or caregivers using the same form.
